After getting the flu really bad last November, a good night's sleep for me has been almost non-existent for the past 6 months. The lack of sleep lead me into an incessant spiral of anxiety that I couldn't pull away from. I was anxious and worried and tired all of the time. I was irritable and had incessant anxious thoughts that kept me awake at night. I also just recently went through a horrible week of constant heart palpitations that made it virtually impossible for me to relax at night. I tried the Sleep mp3s first, and while those helped me to sleep a little, it wasn't until I used this Anxiety mp3 that I really had a breakthrough. I followed the directions and listened to the shorter version at various times during the day, and then at night before bed, I relaxed and listened to the longer version. 3 days later, the heart palpitations are gone, the constant anxious feeling/negative thoughts are gone and I am finally getting to sleep and sleeping all night long! Love this stuff - I highly recommend it!
