This was the first Brain Sync mp3 I purchased. I loaded it on to my iPod and never listened to it. One day the intro came up on the shuffle. It was just simply beautiful. I decided that I would give the meditation a go when I had the time to devote to it.

Well, a few days later I was experiencing a human interaction that had stirred up a lot of anger. More anger than I have ever felt so I decided that I would take the free time I had that afternoon to visit the East Asian art wing of our local gallery where I would sit in front of an image of Shiva and practice the meditation.

I have some experience with this type of neurological stimulation (laxman, Monroe institute) so I wasn't worried about doing it in a public place. Within 15 minutes I was beginning to relax and feel pleasurable sensations wash over me. AND THEN a maintenance worker came up right behind me and fired up his giant drill. Boy was I PISSED. So I ran out of the wing and found a quiet spot where I could finish. I settled down some. The real magic happened later.

About 6 hours after listening to this MP3 for the first time i felt a ball of hot energy starting to build in my belly. It started to move. (I'm really just summing this up for ya) It got stuck along an upward trajectory, I used acupressure points to help unstick it because I was in much distress. I fell asleep for two hours and when I woke up, the energy was now in my upper back/neck. I used more points until it finally moved out of the top of my head leaving me slightly dumbfounded for a moment and then everything was so clear. My mind was as clear as a ringing bell. I felt at peace.

The next two weeks were full of amazing synchronicity. There are really too many details to report here. So many amazing things happened in a short period of time.

Even if a fire ball doesn't well up in your belly (on your first listen) and you then experience a Karma Tornado (TM), this program is just gorgeous and fun due to the active nature of the breathing exercises. I have since purchased several other programs and have recommended this site to friends. Of the other similar technologies I have experience with I can say without a doubt that Kelly Howell's programs are the most powerful that I have experienced. Get this. It's AWESOME.
