I love this product. I use it almost daily, at bed time and during my vanpool ride to and from work. I'm HIV + and I've been using meditation, breathing, and brainwave tech in conjunction with my medical treatment. I'm bless to say that I've never felt better, physically/mentally, than I do now. Sometimes it takes a drastic-life-changing experience to help one heal the soul.
