I recently went through a really ugly break up. I was cheated on, mentally and emotionally abused and betrayed. I couldn't stop thinking about this man and the woman he left me for. My thoughts towards them were violent and venomous. My focus was not on God, because these individuals were becoming my god. I purchased the Attract Love MP3 and told a friend about it. She said she had the Living Prayer CD and said I could borrow it. First off, being a Christian, I was always taught that meditation is not something that Christians should practice. I decided to approach this with an open mind and I am so glad that I did. I have only done the Living Prayer mediation twice and have noticed a PROFOUND difference in the way I feel. I was able to let go of that relationship, and the individuals involved, to a great degree. There is still some residual resentment, but nothing like before. While I was listening to the second track with the Theta waves, I almost fell asleep and felt tingling all over my face. I felt relaxed and so much lighter. I am really grateful that I happened on Brain Sync by chance and had an open mind. Now, I feel that I will be able to achieve the desire to be a better Christian by letting go of so many resentments.
