I've used many self-help tools over the years, but Kelly Howell's Deep Meditation CD is THE BEST one I've ever tried. The first time I used it, I was suffering from severe neck and back pain. I slipped on my headphones and started doing the dishes. Within 40 minutes, all my neck and back pain was gone!!! Tylenol doesn't even work that fast!!! This disc is truly miraculous!

It's worth noting that, even though the instructions state you're supposed to use this disc during periods of conscious relaxation, it can also be used while you're engaged in other activities, as long as you're not driving or operating dangerous machinery. I listen to it while traveling to and from work on the bus, while doing household chores and while falling asleep. As a result, I've become more confident and assertive, I'm more productive at work, I'm less stressed and I feel more connected to everyone around me. Even strangers approach me more often, something that rarely happened before! I highly recommend this product to everyone.
