I highly recommend this 'Positive Thinking' subliminal CD. Before listening to this, I had ongoing nightmares, low self-esteem, & often depressed. I listened to this wonderful CD for more than 6 weeks, about 2 months when I had a major breakthrough. You see my nightmares were mostly of a large spider hanging from its web from the ceiling, towards my bed. I am not & have not been on any sort of medication. After 6 weeks, one night after falling asleep from listening to the CD, I saw the spider again on the ceiling, only this time I wasn't frightened of it & it walked away from me on the ceiling. There was a golden spark after it vanished. I haven't had any more nightmares!! Plus I've felt stronger within & better about myself. I am now ready to work on my deep unresolved emotions so am starting to listen to 'Release Guilt'. I am feeling really positive about this already. Looking forward to a much happier journey ahead.
