"I’m sure you’ve probably gotten lots of positive feedback already from your amazing new titles, but I just thought I’d give you mine as well. I really like all of them, but the one that has resonated with me the most has been Release and Let Go. I wanted to listen to it since my dad died in April, and I’d been working my way through my grief, so it was very helpful with that. But it also helped me in an area that I had not planned! I’ve had an unfortunate long-term resentment built up towards my mom, and even though we are on good terms with each other, it was always hanging over me and I’ve tried for years to release it. "When I saw this mp3 I knew I had to buy it, something in me told me this is what I have been waiting for. My initial belief was that it would help me to stop pushing for what I want in life and let it come to me.
