This CD is excellent. It helps you develop the self love that you need in order to attract healthy and positive relationships, whether with just friends, family or finding a partner. I have noticed a dramatic change in my reactions and interactions with people, and especially in my current relationship. Jealousy, attachment and fear of being alone simply do not exist when you truly love and take care of your inner self. This is a great addition in the process of feeling deeply peaceful in each moment of your life and letting go of needs, attachments and fear in any type of relationship.

Awakening Kundalini

I took classes & became a Reiki Master last year & was so thankful to come across this CD as I had been searching for the feeling I experienced in my class & looking for ways to stay on my "path", so thank you Kelly for providing that path for my spirituality as I really feel it would have taken me much longer to find another way. The Kundalini CD has not only helped with my Reiki practice but has introduced me to learning much more about Kundalini yoga as a spiritual/healing practice as well. This CD taught me how all things are connected on a much deeper level plus I have found that the Kundalini meditation does not stop when the CD is over because it continues to keep me in a positive mood & has given me an idea for a new business! I remember the first time listening to this title the relaxation was immediate, so I would expect the same to be true especially if you've never listened to bi-neural beat recordings before, or this particular title. If you listen to it all the time it may not happen every time, but then again your brain may be generally more relaxed too.

I love the guided imagery on all the workout CDs, but I'm not thrilled with the music. Wish there were more of these with different, maybe more futuristic music to fit with the verbal part. Or wish there were different choices of music to go along with the guided imagery--which again, I absolutely LOVE. Please make more!

I am undergoing Neurofeedback training and I bought Deep Insight. My MD, upon hooking up the EEG equipment, noticed a change after I listened to the tape for the first time. She commented 'look how relaxed you are -- what did you do differently?' The proof of my feeling better and the power of your relaxation tapes was there on the screen - I was deep in theta state, not up in beta.

Deep Sleep

The first night I used Deep Sleep I only slept for four hours. When I do this, I am normally a mess for the entire day. Not so with Deep Sleep. I woke up refreshed and carried for a very long day as if I had slept 8 hrs. Since I've been sleeping an average of 6 hrs a night and I an always waking up refreshed and lively.

The music on both tracks is divinely beautiful. As I listened, I felt like I was being lifted to a significantly higher vibration. It was as if I was being pulled upwards, and I felt so much expansion... all over. Beautiful waves of loving energy caressed my body... and my mind felt such peace. The name of this album is apropos. I definitely feel more sensual and "supercharged". This also seems like it would be a beautiful album to lull you to sleep. Although, I've only just purchased it today, I am looking forward to working with it and seeing what dream experiences I have. I'm quite certain the dream energy will be just as powerful! I highly recommend this album to anyone who's looking to be more loving to self and others. It definitely opens one's heart to giving... and receiving.

I've been struggling with chronic migraines for 2 years. My neurologist suggested biofeedback training. The first part of my training required that I learn how to relax deeply. With the help of your Guided Relaxation tape, I was able to learn to relax completely. I actually learned how to let the pain melt away for a little while. Now I'm getting back to a more active lifestyle and still use Brain Sync tapes and CDs as part of my daily treatment.

This is maybe my favorite of the one's I own. The simpleness of the relaxation and meditation in the garden hides a deeper relaxation and connection that can be found while using this CD. I especially use this one when I am having some stressful times and needing to release from them and return myself to thinking of what I want, not what I don't want. I fall asleep and awake feeling refreshed and renewed.

My son was diagnosed with cancer some years ago and I found one of your CD's on healing at a book store in Houston, Texas. I am an old user of hemi-sync CDs, way back from the days of Dane Spotts and Zygon and Robert Monroe. Your product is by far superior to theirs. I find that whenever I feel completely frazzled, distracted or emotionally unbalanced, going to sleep with one of your delta/music CDs is all I need to clear and reset my mental state. It works!

Living Prayer

I recently went through a really ugly break up. I was cheated on, mentally and emotionally abused and betrayed. I couldn't stop thinking about this man and the woman he left me for. My thoughts towards them were violent and venomous. My focus was not on God, because these individuals were becoming my god. I purchased the Attract Love MP3 and told a friend about it. She said she had the Living Prayer CD and said I could borrow it. First off, being a Christian, I was always taught that meditation is not something that Christians should practice. I decided to approach this with an open mind and I am so glad that I did. I have only done the Living Prayer mediation twice and have noticed a PROFOUND difference in the way I feel. I was able to let go of that relationship, and the individuals involved, to a great degree. There is still some residual resentment, but nothing like before. While I was listening to the second track with the Theta waves, I almost fell asleep and felt tingling all over my face. I felt relaxed and so much lighter. I am really grateful that I happened on Brain Sync by chance and had an open mind. Now, I feel that I will be able to achieve the desire to be a better Christian by letting go of so many resentments. Thank you, Kelly! My friend will eventually want her CD back, so I will be buying my own MP3, soon. Thanks again.

When I purchased the MP3, I was at work and everything was getting to me. I needed something positive! I downloaded the music and started listening. I do like this CD, but at about 20-25 minutes or so into it is a "jazzy" saxaphone "solo" part that I could have done without. When I am working out, that part really throws me off. Honestly, it will keep me from purchasing any more of the workout CD's.

I read that gamma waves are a natural antidepressant and decided to try pure focus to increase my gamma brainwaves. I have been listening to pure focus for a few days it seems to really be helping. It has fought and won battles against the inner voice telling me horrible things. it hasn't been easy and my bad inner voice put up a real battle but it is a losing battle against a powerful resource. Slow Wave Sleep

I am doing study till late night and couldn't sleep properly because my brain is constantly working so i did try this program. This is excellent program. I am sleeping @12:00 midnight and wake-up @6:00am because i have to go to work at 7:00. Only 6hr sleep but my feeling is i have 12 or more hr sleep. I did tried different vendor programs but couldn't work for me. Kelly's work is excellent. This is Best of Best program ever i have.

I own quite a few of Kelly's products, and I'm not thrilled to write a not-so-positive review for this one. However, this meditation lacked the slow pace and soothing tones of Kelly's typical guidance. It felt somewhat rushed, and at one point, I was actually startled because she began speaking so abruptly. It was disruptive considering I was in the "deep mind" state and hanging out in the causal plane. I would suggest purchasing another product if you're looking to attract more prosperity and what-not.

I am a big fan of Brain Sync and strongly recommend it to my friends and family. However after listening to The Secret for around 3 weeks every night, I have few strange feelings which I don't know are normal or not: 1. I am having nightmares and strange dreams 2. I become short tempered every morning when I wake up after listening to the recording 3. I have felt that the recordings with Theta waves much better suit me and make me relax, peaceful and with crystal clarity of thought. For example Deep Meditation, Brain power etc Does anybody have this experience too or something has gone wrong with my inner state of mind?

It just keeps coming. Thought I'd be getting $15 an hour which is nothing but more than I'll get when unemployment runs out. Well . . . wait for it . . . scratch that number. $45 an hour as virtual assistant right off the bat. Going to courthouse to get my DBA this week. I actually hunger for my CD at the end or beginning of my day. I may have mentioned previously (too lazy to look at previous review) that I've used BrainSync audio since the cassette days. I wasn't disciplined, though, and would listen now and then with no real consistency. Now I know. I've always been positive but now I wake up just daring the day to show me a miracle. And in big and small ways it does. I've got a feeling I'll be back! Great CD - I wouldn't believe it if I weren't writing and experiencing it myself! I don't even blame you if you can't believe it either.

I bought this set through a book club I had joined but I never really listened to it. Recently I purchased a small personal CD player that I keep on my headboard. Before I go to bed at night I listen to the weight loss CD - the one with the subliminal messages. I am finding myself eating less junk food and passing by the calorie laden treats. It seems to be working.

I have tried so many diets and they all have failed. I started using Weight Loss and my appetite changed immediately. I first noticed that eating wasn't as important as before. I don't find myself staring inside the refrigerator looking for a snack or absently eating my way through an evening. I make better choices for meals and snacks. Binging is pretty much a thing of the past. Too, I have more energy. While I haven't started "exercising" per se, since beginning Weight Loss, I've torn up the carpet in my living room, am putting down a new wood floor and have started hauling out the accumulated "stuff" in my house. I feel like for the first time in my life, I'm going to be able to make permanent changes that will bring me back to a healthy, comfortable weight.

I've had the winning subliminal for a while, it is absolutely remarkable after I listen to track 1 I feel so refreshed and relaxed. I also notice I get into a lot of arguments by using this album maybe that's just my way of being assertive not agreeing with every single thing people say just to avoid confrontation. But overall I love this album, I remember using it for a couple of weeks in a row when I first started using on a regular basis and I had my drivers theory test, no revision only the night before just read half the book. I was lat on the day so I ran to the test center Saturday morning as I had overslept stopping for a bottle of water mid way. I was just certain at the back of my mind I'm going to win this. I really believe that in everything I do. I totally smashed it. By that I mean I got through for just one extra mark LOL. One wrong I would have failed. There was no feeling like it I saw people had failed as I was coming out some even sobbing on the phone to loved ones but I didn't care I totally felt I deserved that. Hands spread wide Yeah baby. That's just one of my older stories that comes to mind as it was the 1st time I really felt certain about being winning. Time has passed and so many other things that have happened too many to be a coincidence. I will use this album for the rest of my life. Love it Thanks Kelly.
