Astral Travel

I used this first night and could feel the vibrations building up, the more I cleared my mind the more it would work, and I wouldn't think if it was working or not... I could just feel it was. Than I would sleep and wake up lucid in my dreams and get intense vibrations and project in my dream, which i was then free to fly around wherever i wanted!! That's about all i want to do, i feel its freedom. Sometimes when lucid I asked "take me to the astral plane" and I feel the ground shake and I vibrate and next thing you know, everything changes and I am flying over this landscape which is veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy large with lots of greenery and other projectors were flying around too. I was so excited, I find that the excitement makes it last A LOT less. But the more I am out, the more I am calming down and just enjoying it. However it is an awesome feeling and hard to stay calm!! lol

Awakening Kundalini

I have been using the kundalini tape now for about a month and a half. I feel so much more love towards those around me and am expressing my gratitude for things much more. My kids say that I have become happier and nicer. I feel good about myself inside and out and feel closer and more connected to everything around me. I have more energy and I really don't want the tape to stop when it's over! This is the perfect way to start the day and I will continue forever. Brain Massage

Actually the title of this review might not be an overstatement. I was going through the roughest time of my life last spring. Went down into a hole and I wasn't sure I was coming back out. I had had "Brain Massage" for a while and for some reason decided to try it again. This CD literally gave me enough balance to keep going. I've also had "The Secret Meditation II" for a while (got to review that one also) and am using it again. This economy has been tough for our small business, but oddly enough, when I think everything's going to come out okay, low and behold it does. Long and short of it, this is a fantastic CD!

Brain Power

I have started my masters and was finding it difficult to concentrate and read through all the material that I need to. So, I purchased this one - along with super learning - but decided to focus and study using Brain Power first. I have been listening to the headphones version in the mornings as I read through the news headlines, then while I am studying I have the background ambient version looping in the background. It did take about 4 days of consistent use before I could notice a significant difference but now I just feel so excited to read and learn and I feel like I am actually taking information in. I WANT to read. I feel clear headed and focused. I wonder what super learning is like, but since this one seems to be working fine, I will stick to it for a while. An unexpected enhancement that I found is boosted by exercise. Sounds strange, I know. But I've noticed that the days I exercise in the morning, followed by headphone listening of this, it seems to boost confidence levels and feelings of optimism. I never expected that. I noticed this because on the day I didn't exercise, I felt focused but not necessary optimistic now confident. Who knows - but it's a great motivator to maintain my exercise regime. The combo works - who would have known! I give it a 4 star just because it did take about 4 days to really kick in strongly...but that could be just my own brain taking time to react :)

I have only been a customer for a couple of weeks and this is one of the 'further on' purchases I made. For someone who is bad at keeping on track and basically lazy even tho I have all the intentions, after the first listening, I was up and about and pulling stuff out my wardrobe, doing lots of washing, clearing cluttered areas and cleaning my place with a enjoyment and sense of satisfaction I have not experienced before!! This is a great day time piece and would recommend it to anyone who wants to 'get on' with something but are unsure where to start. The path is cleared easily with this one ..... enjoy! I ordered your Deep meditation mp3. Amazing. Truly amazing. I tried it last night and ran it on loop, as you advised, fantastic, I almost got to the stage where I couldnt feel my body! Totally relaxed and chilled out. I just cant believe how easy this state was reached! After buying a new bed and feeling restless in a new home, I decided to buy a few meditation tracks. I have to say, for the last 2 months, I play this mp3 every night and fall asleep within 5-10 minutes when earlier it took me much longer. I am more relaxed when I sleep! Only hiccup is sometimes I wake up in the night, however, I fall back asleep quickly since the music is on repeat mode. A great purchase and highly recommended for people with insomnia!

Due to my past experiences with water including a severe boiling water burn and a near drowning in rapids, I initially had much difficulty in relaxing my body while listening to this track. However, with time, my mind learned to disassociate the sounds of the waves and my thoughts and surrender to simply listening. This allowed me to let go and enter extremely profound depths of awareness and consciousness which I had never visited in the past. An excellent track to assist in entering an altered or trance state of consciousness.

After several trials, I found the right programs, brilliant tracks of “Fulfill your heart desires” and “Faith”, there are other programs that I loved too, but those 2 programs touched me, and they were too good for me, so after few days I thought to myself: “I’m so grateful for these tracks and I want to show my appreciation, I should buy them, this is the least thing I can do to show my gratitude”, and on that day I bought some of your tracks (not only those 2 tracks) and after a while I bought some other tracks, and every time I like one of your tracks, I buy it :)

Too beautiful for words!!!! What can I say, I don't think any words can describe how gorgeous this recording is!!!! I purchased this recording yesterday and listened to it a couple of times last night. I had the most amazing dreams that I had attracted a couple of my heart's desires. I was visualizing them happening while I was listening to the track and when I dreamt them the dreams were so vivid, almost as if something was telling me that I am going to get what I desire.......I believe that they will walk from of my desires and dreams and into my life!!!! Beginning modern meditation can be difficult trying to avoid focusing on thoughts that pass your mind. The guided meditation was a great jump start to relaxation meditation and the track with just the wave frequencies is still constantly used by me for other meditation purposes.

First of all, you have WONDERFUL products ... the audio I ordered was FANTASTIC and I've been telling everyone I know. My dad has now ordered a bunch of Kelly's CD's and he's a raving fan now too. He's had trouble sleeping for years and just recently began trying sleep audios. He's a very low-key man of few words and he never seemed all that jazzed about any of them until he listened to Kelly's Healing CD, after which he came in with these wide eyes holding it up, saying "THIS is AMAZING!!!" I am an old user of hemi-sync CDs, way back from the days of Dane Spotts and Zygon and Robert Monroe. Your product is by far superior to theirs. I find that whenever I feel completely frazzled, distracted or emotionally unbalanced, going to sleep with one of your delta/music CDs is all I need to clear and reset my mental state. It works!

I was a little skeptical when I first purchased this program, since my mind seems to naturally skitter off in a million directions at once of its own accord. This is a great set because the three have different uses and ALL the brainwaves are addressed here. I have a number of Brain Sync programs, mostly theta waves so I thought I would try something new and chose this one based on user reviews. I much prefer the music and gamma waves over the track with the guided meditation. The honky tonk electric piano solos are so much less grating on my nerves without the guided meditation over lay. it is interesting to hear Kelly Howell's voice in this different application. She is a talented muse for sure, you actually feel the energy she is trying to convey in her voice (kind, loving motivation). I think the guided meditation is kind of sub par comparatively to the imagery woven on the Kundalini or The Original Secret Universal Mind Meditation. I was really looking forward to "activating archetypal power" in my body but it isn't really happening for me. The brainwave technology does something to my nervous and endocrine system for sure though so it's a lot of fun.

I have purchased other CD's by Kelly but this is my favorite. Whenever I play it during sleep, I experience a much deeper sleep and don't wake up at all during the night. I don't have insomnia or any sleep problems but I still love using this CD and defiantly notice a difference.

I've used a few Brain Sync programs over the last few months, (including Brain Power, Deep Learning & Total Relaxation which I completely recommend) and had hoped Sound Sleep would work for me. It gives me great pleasure to be the first to review this product!!!! LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT......!!! I purchased this with a few other titles, Create Success being one of them. I noticed a difference the morning after I had them on loop all night! When I got up this morning I had a real urge to clear up any rubbish (wrappers, paper and whatever else should not have been there). I then immediately went into my kitchen to clean the floor. Now while that's nothing unusual for me to do, normally I cannot face doing anything like that until I've had my morning fix of coffee (or latte in my case). I cannot face the world without my morning coffee! For me to dive right in and start doing household chores immediately I come down from my bed is unheard of!!! If this has that effect on me after only one night on loop then what am I going to be like after 6 weeks of listening!!!! Training to run the marathon???? I purchased and downloaded the Stop Smoking CD on August 4, 2008. I set a quit date for myself of Nov. 14, 2008 (my birthday). I celebrated my 2 year anniversary of being a non-smoker in November 2010 and I have absolutely no desire to ever smoke again.

Ive listened to this for about 3 weeks. There are occasionally issues I need to work through and acknowledge but its more than worth it. Basically love overflows into all that I am and experience, one doesn't need power or control or anything really because love encompasses all things. The heart center is naturally awakened and it just feels good. I am not sure I'm ready for "the one", but I am ready to love all people unconditionally. This makes it happen.

My finances have gotten better on their own (I'm currently on disability) and I'm finding that I enjoy making lists of things I've procrastinated on and getting them out of the way and finally done. I know it's not Wealth, but it's enabled me to get my finances in order (from the procrastinating) and know where I stand and to form a budget. I'm not sure how, but usually I don't have any money left over from month to month and this month for the first time, I have an abundance. I'm so grateful! I must admit I was skeptical, but I'm going to keep listening to this CD plus her Meditation I & II discs for the next 12 weeks. Then, I've planned my future and purchased 10 of her other tracks so I'm set for at least quite a bit of 2012. Before I go to bed at night I listen to the weight loss CD - the one with the subliminal messages. I am finding myself eating less junk food and passing by the calorie laden treats. I bought this set through a book club I had joined but I never really listened to it. Recently I purchased a small personal CD player that I keep on my headboard. Before I go to bed at night I listen to the weight loss CD - the one with the subliminal messages. I am finding myself eating less junk food and passing by the calorie laden treats. Walking Meditation

This is a New Year's Gift to myself from the universe. I was thinking earlier, I want to lose weight. Thought I was going to have to wait to get this mp3, but to my surprise I had money to get it. I listen to it in my living room and it made me get up and like walk in place. I felt like I was walking anywhere I imaged. A park, the woods, space. I felt that "runner's high" everyone talks about. Great feeling. I am still feeling the feeling 20 minute plus after listening to it. I know if I go out side with this is will be awesome. But I love that I can do it inside. I feel like I walk five minutes. Briskly. Thank You Kelly. You are Awesome Trail braze the way, Gurl :)

Weight Loss

I have tried so many diets and they all have failed. I started using Weight Loss and my appetite changed immediately. I first noticed that eating wasn't as important as before. I don't find myself staring inside the refrigerator looking for a snack or absently eating my way through an evening. I make better choices for meals and snacks. Binging is pretty much a thing of the past. Too, I have more energy. While I haven't started "exercising" per se, since beginning Weight Loss, I've torn up the carpet in my living room, am putting down a new wood floor and have started hauling out the accumulated "stuff" in my house. I feel like for the first time in my life, I'm going to be able to make permanent changes that will bring me back to a healthy, comfortable weight.

I used to have a problem sometimes taking action and completely following through on the goals that I would set for myself. I did some listening to this program, got up the next day,and that was not a problem anymore! Truly amazing!
