"This is amazing. I stopped listening to this tape 2 months ago. I've listened to this tape for about 2 weeks every night before I fall asleep. During that two months I've changed. What I always ask to everyone, "what is wisdom?" Has been answered by this audio. "I was going through a lot in my life until I found this. I listen to this as I go to bed and listen to it until I fall a sleep and continue to listen as I sleep. I wake up feeling fresh as ever.
