   very great podcast and interview, Barbara was able to break down time lines to very simple things that us average (well above average) folks could understand...
   
   giving me a prospective on time lines such as in out modern time lines...
   
   Seconds, minutes, hours days weeks months years decades centuries and millenniums, etc... with a better understanding of the way the mayan code and mayan calendar is laid out...
   
   its still a challenge to figure it all out and what the future brings or doesnt bring, I am hoping that society stays stable like it is now and doesnt completely go mad and destroy itself...
   
   so we will have to see...since its all not set in stone....

   Thank you for your programming I have immensely benefited from your guests, most of whom I sense reasonableness and enlightenment.
   Yet you have had a number of guests that talk glowingly about the Mayan calendar. This confuses me for the Mayan civilization few today would care to live out their lives. They practiced ritual blood-letting and human sacrifices on a grand scale in which hearts of the living victims were held up to nourish their Gods. A brief Google search gives all the debasing details. There was no compassion, no value for human life in their religion or culture.
   Since their religious practices were so dark on a national scale over thousands of years, how could their calendar or culture offer us any enlightenment? It makes no sense to me at all.

   Thanks for another great interview with Barbara Hand Clow Kelly. I have a question regarding astrology in general with somethind Ms Hand Clow has mentioned before that you might be able to clear up for me - how, in the Southern hemisphere do we relate our astrological New Year to the Spring Equinox when ours is reversed and it is our Autumn Equinox?

   I suggest you open to the idea that the mayans had a different view of death and sacrifice than ours. could they have been honored as chosen for sacrifice. or possibly their view of death holds explination into enlightenment.

   I have to support Sue Asher. Your podcasts are enjoyed worldwide and those of us in the Southern hemisphere are often confused with the astrology thing (and some Pagan practices) because the seasons are reversed. Not everybody lives in the northern hemisphere. I realise that astrology originated in the north, given the Celtic origins and so forth, but it would be nice if we weren't left in the dark. Despite this, I deeply appreciate and am immenslely greatful that you persist in bringing us this knowledge. I admire both you and Barbara Hand Clow for your straight talking and the knowledge you disseminate. Congratulations Kelly.
