How long should I listen to achieve results?

If I listen more than the recommended 30-60 minutes per day, will I see faster results?

Brain Sync audio alters the electrical activity in your brain. It is a powerful change that only requires 30 to 60 minutes per day, for a period of 4-6 weeks to experience the program's benefits. Be sure the programs you have chosen fall in line with your daily activities. Depending on the frequencies you're listening to, you can be slowing down or revving up brain activity. Too much of either state can interfere with normal daily functioning. Listening to delta waves in the morning or during the day will make you feel sleepy which is good if you want to go back to bed or take a nap, but not if you need to be focused and alert. Listening to beta waves all day can make you very alert, which could interfere with sleep and so on. Some Exceptions You may also listen to programs like Sound Sleep or Sound Healing all night long, if you find it helpful. Again, see how you feel. If you're listening too much, you'll notice. With the subliminals, Track 1 can be listened to all day and does not require headphones. Everyone has their own signature brain wave activity, which changes throughout the day. Remember to experiment as the optimal time of day will vary per individual. Pay special attention to how a particular program impacts you at various times. A program that is right, will feel right. Why should I limit my listening time to 30-60 minutes per day?

Too much listening may make you feel a little disoriented or spaced out. Also, be sure the frequencies you are listening to work with your day's activities. For example, listening to Gamma or Beta waves will stimulate alertness. Delta will slow down brain activity and help you go to sleep. Depending on which program you're listening to, you will be slowing down or revving up brain activity. Listening to Delta or Theta waves in the morning might make you feel spaced-out during the day. Too much beta can make you hyper or interfere with sleep and so on. With the subliminals, Track 1 can be listened to all day and does not require headphones. What type of headphones should I use?

Can I use Noise Cancelling Headphones?

Most all Noise Cancelling Headphones work with Brain Sync. However, you'll find that Noise Cancelling Headphones effect the quality of any music and sound. Regular headphones or our SleepPhones or Sleep Sonic Speaker Pillow provide a more accurate delivery of sound as it was mastered. Compare for yourself and see what sounds and feels best. The tones used to create binaural beat frequencies throughout the entire Brain Sync audio library are created with tones that fall within the range of 90 to 150 hertz. Noise Cancellation headphones tend to cancel out extremely low frequencies, but you can check with the manufacter to see what frequency range they are cancelling to be sure that frequencies within this range are not eliminated. |
