What are your shipping rates?

United States / FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail: $3.25 plus $1.00 per item. 2-3 day Rush Delivery available for an additional $7.50. International (including Canada & Mexico): $5.00 plus $2.50 per item.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

7 to 10 business days. Our warehouse ships Monday thru Friday.

 

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

CD purchases - 60 day money back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your CD purchase, just return it within 60 days and Brain Sync will gladly exchange it or issue a refund, no questions asked. During this time you can exchange or return your CD. Mail the CD to Brain Sync, PO Box 3120, Ashland, OR, 97520. Please include a copy of your Brain Sync receipt. Let us know if you would like a refund or exchange for another program. Please be sure to list the CD title you would like in exchange. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Mp3 Downloads - are non-refundable or exchangeable

Choose wisely. Due to the high level of fraud with downloading music, mp3 downloads are NOT returnable, exchangeable, or refundable.

If you are uncertain about your choice, and would like to try it, please purchase a CD instead to take full advantage of the Brain Sync money back guarantee.

 

I made a purchase, how do I get my files?

If you supplied an e-mail address at checkout you should have received an instructional e-mail such as below.

Simply Login to your account and download your music.

If you selected regular shipping, you can expect to receive it within 7 to 10 business days.If your order is shipping Fed Ex, you will receive a separate email containing the tracking information. If your order ships USPS unfortunately there will be no tracking information available.

If you have selected a manual payment method, your order status will be set to "Awaiting Payment" until payment has been processed. Please remember the following:
