How do I access my OLD download purchases?

Trying to access MP3s you purchased prior to February 1, 2010? No problem.  The old websites can still be accessed for a limited time. Please download and SAVE your files to your computer.

How do I exchange or return a CD?

Changed your mind? No problem. Brain Sync gives you a 60 day, money back guarantee on CD's. During that time you can exchange or return your CD. Mail the CD to Brain Sync, PO Box 3120, Ashland, OR, 97520. Please include a copy of your Brain Sync receipt. Let us know if you would like a refund or exchange for another program. Please be sure to list the CD title you would like in exchange. Shipping costs are not refundable.

How do I download, OPEN and SAVE my FILES?

How do I import your CD’s into my iTunes library?

Open iTunes, insert the CD into your computer, click import just as you would any music CD.

How do I get my free downloads?

Stumped on how to get your free stuff? It's easier than you think. When you entered your name and email address as part of the sign up process an activation email was sent to your email address. To access your free downloads you must verify your email address by clicking on the activation link contained within the email we sent you. Once you confirm in the email you will be taken to a page that says Activation Successful!

Just click on the large hyper link that says FREE DOWNLOADS. You will then be taken to a page where you can download, again by clicking the download hyperlink.
