I've been listening before sleeping for 3 days now. But only for 1/2 an hour,

I have a lot on my plate. I am building my Wealth Management Practice, studying for Certified Financial Planner Certification, I am in the incoming President of my Rotary club and am in the initial stages of a major home renovation. The anxity and stress was keeping me awake all night. I started using Slow Wave Sleep last week and have enjoyed fitfull, undistured sleep for 4 to 5 hours. That is a blessing. I have purchased other CD's by Kelly but this is my favorite. Whenever I play it during sleep, I experience a much deeper sleep and don't wake up at all during the night. I don't have insomnia or any sleep problems but I still love using this CD and defiantly notice a difference. (Posted on 11/14/10)

I am doing study till late night and couldn't sleep properly because my brain is constantly working so i did try this program.
This is excellent program. I am sleeping @12:00 midnight and wake-up @6:00am because i have to go to work at 7:00. Only 6hr sleep but my feeling is i have 12 or more hr sleep.
I did tried different vendor programs but couldn't work for me. Kelly's work is excellent.
